Nathan Hale Elementary site began optional in-person learning as of 2/1/21. Parents responded to a survey in December to indicate interest in a partial attendance program for students. Students could elect to attend in a Monday-Tuesday group or a Thursday-Friday group. We have 17 students beginning attendance this week! The next opportunity to say YES to in person learning will come at the beginning of 4th quarter!
Our instructional teams and related services teams spent two weeks preparing new schedules, materials, spaces, and procedures in conjunction with District 171. Our goal is to create a safe learning AND health environment - our teams have certainly done that!
We can't wait for the day everyone feels safe coming to school in this current health environment. Until that day, we will be striving to provide the best instruction and supports possible in EVERY learning environment.
